Three Attic Vases

Three ancient Greek ceramic vessels spanning nearly four centuries of Attic production, from the Late Geometric period through the Classical age. The collection includes a Geometric skyphos decorated with water birds and crosshatch ornament (circa 750-700 BC), a black-figure lip cup with swans and inscription purportedly attributed to the painter Tleson (circa 550-500 BC), and a white-ground lekythos depicting a mourning figure, produced as a funerary offering in fifth-century Athens. Each vessel is presented with condition notes, provenance history, and scholarly references where available.
